VINYASA YOGA with Paola Dotta
Influenced by my teachers, students, dance experience and my travels I aim to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intention, movement, asana and pranayama, my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. I teach in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the students experience for themselves, through careful planning and intuition. My classes are always challenging physically and mentally, introducing a vibrant routine called The Rocket®,based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series, with plenty of modified poses open to all levels of practice. I provide uplifting music and gentle adjustments.
I aim to live a yogic lifestyle and lead my classes authentically based on my own experiences and passion.
