OUR MISSION

Our mission is to empower students to develop critical thinking around their health.

By incorporating the practice of mindfulness, students will express their thoughts in the HFFL Log Book which will take them on a journey of self-discovery.

OUR IMPACT

Hi Five For Life program has been incorporated into Life Skills programs and challenges students to engage and participate. Kid champions are awarded for peer impact.

We believe when children are supported on all fronts to develop healthy life-long habits like: rest, mindfulness, movement, community and healthy eating, not only are we enabling a resilient and empowered generation of kids but families, communities are stronger societies.
